Compliance Manager (207.3)

We're looking for an Compliance Manager to join our team! 

Key responsibilities of the Email Compliance Analyst include

• Reviewing customer’s email practices
• Monitoring customer’s deliverability and abuse metrics
• Submitting information to ISPs and industry groups that require review or filing
• Providing privacy and compliance knowledge to multiple departments including support, account management, ops, product management and sales
• Staying abreast of legal developments and industry AUP (Acceptable Use Policies) development
• Developing relationships with partners and customers

• A background in the compliance, privacy or email industries
• Experience interpreting best practices and AUPs
• Excellent research skills
• Proficiency in communicating to and working with customers
• Experience using databases preferred
• An Associate’s degree with relevant experience (Bachelor’s preferred)
