Email Systems Administrator (207.2)

We're looking for an Email Systems Administrator to join our team! 

This position is responsible for maintaining customer’s instances of multi-tenant and dedicated server email applications. Primary duties include diagnosis deliverability issues, configuration of email application, communications with receiving ISP and industry groups, and anti-spam compliance enforcement.  Additional the candidate may take on project management and technical leadership roles in cross-functional development teams.

Preferred Experience

• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent; 
• Experience as a UNIX or Windows Serve systems administrator;
• Knowledge of email and related protocols and standards (SMTP, DNS, SPF, DomainKeys);
• Experience with the Mail Transfer Agents (MTAs); 
• Perl and/or UNIX or Windows shell scripting preferred;
• Expertise in developing documentation for functional requirements and application testing environments;
• Experience with designing and executing major software;
• Ability to communicate email requirements and best practices to customers.

Location: This position is located in Menlo Park
