Regional Sales Manager (Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta, New York)

Responsibilities:
- Identifying, developing and managing relationships within our target market segment which includes but not limited to Mid Market and Fortune 2000 segment
- Managing complex sales-cycles and presenting to Marketing executives our integrated suite of online marketing applications
- Managing and growing Lyris Inc. presence in a defined region through active prospecting and networking
- Managing forecast and pipeline
Required Skills/Experience:
- 3-7 years of quota carrying software or technology "outside" field sales positions and account management experience.
- Consistent increase in earnings and commissions throughout sales career
- Self starter and proven track record in working in remote model
- Track record of over-achieving quota in past positions
- Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills
- Online marketing technology experience – Email Marketing, Web Analytics, Web CMS a plus
- Ability to work in a fast pace, team environment
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel and other business applications
- 4 year University Degree required
