Are you an expert in email deliverability? Lyris is looking for an Email Deliverability Expert to monitor and educate customers on best practices and deliverability know-how.
This position is based in San Jose, California
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor customer’s deliverability rates and audit deliverability metrics. Pro-actively notify customers about deliverability incidents
- Educate customers on best practices and proper privacy protocols and help them implement these within their process
- Represent Lyris to ISPs and other industry groups
- Interface with product management on deliverability requirements for email applications.
Required Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of email and email applications
- Familiarity with email and privacy best practices
- Commitment to customer service
- Strong team player with ability to lead cross functional groups from multiple departments including Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Ops, Customer Support and Finance
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Ability to read and interpret email logs including SMTP and bounce codes
- Familiarity with log data manipulation
- Familiarity with SMTP, DNS, SPF, SenderID and DomainKeys
- BA/BS preferred
