We're looking for a Deliverability Engineer to join our team! This position will be based out of either Menlo Park/ San Jose or Emeryville.
Job Responsibilities
- Protecting & optimizing EmailLabs & ListHosting deliverability
- Growing consulting revenue - this is a big opportunity
- Ensuring customer compliance with privacy & spam laws
- Monitor EmailLabs & ListHosting deliverability success
- Resolve customer deliverability issues (support & account management)
- Consult on deliverability
- Manage customer compliance with laws & AUPs (Acceptable Use Policies)
- Knowledge of email systems & processing
- ISP relations experience
- Consulting know-how
- Customer service skills
