Usage Policy

ListManager is available for permission-based email contact only. In fact, ListManager was designed specifically for double opt-in email.

What's allowed

Your ListManager license allows you to run email lists comprised of people who have given you explicit permission to be included on your lists.

What's not allowed

Our usage policy is consistent with Federal anti-spam legislation (the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003).

ListManager may not be used to send unsolicited bulk email, either commercial or non-commercial. We advocate this strong opt-in policy because unsolicited email damages the reputations of our company and our products, and those of our customers as well.

We reserve the right to pursue legal action to enforce this usage policy. In cases of documented abuse, we may void a violator's Software License, decline to provide technical support services, and deny entitlement to software upgrades.
