Major New Features

Image Library

When creating new emails or templates, you can easily reference images and store their thumbnails in an image library. Within the library, images can be catalogued using custom folders and viewed as thumbnails or full size previews. A simple drag and drop interface is provided for adding images to content.

Content and Template Creation Tools

We have added a number of highly valuable tools and capabilities to our content and template feature sets. A simplified user interface gives you greater ability to create and work with templates, develop and edit content, and manipulate images. A sampling of the new features includes:

    Upload your own HTML for use as a custom template

    Lock template regions as editable or non-editable

    Enhanced WYSIWYG content editing

New and Improved HTML Editor

To enhance the new content and template tools, we have added a new HTML editor. This robust and feature-rich editor is available as part of the primary template, content, and mailing creation screens, and can also be launched as part of the template editing window.

Enhanced Reporting

This release includes an overhaul of two of the most critical reports: the Mailing Overview and the Dashboard. These reports incorporate a new, modern graphics package with improved information along with a more concise and intuitive layout of data.

The new Mailing Overview report can be accessed directly from the Home screen in addition to the existing menu link. The enhanced Dashboard provides trend data and the ability to compare mailings within a site, list, or campaign. Each chart also includes the ability to drill down and view supporting data.

There are additional filters for some of the more popular reports. The Tracking Summary, Delivery Table, and All Outgoing Mailings reports now have date range and mailing type filters that you can use to narrow your report selections.

Support For Domain Keys

DomainKeys is a leading email authentication system developed by Yahoo that verifies the domain of an email sender and the integrity of the messages sent. It is a proven method for identifying and removing forged email from the inboxes of users. ListManager 9.2 now supports DomainKeys and allows administrators to configure their settings at a site or list level.

Advanced Message Throttling

Many ISPs are limiting the numbers of connections and mailings they accept from any one IP address. In order to help our customers most effectively send email to these domains, we have added a throttling control mechanism to ListManager. On a per destination basis, users can set limits to the number of messages delivered per connection and the number of connections that should be made per hour.
