Easily classify your subscribers into groups
- Enable up to 250 demographic categories. Fifty fields come standard, and you can create custom fields of various types, such as text box, selection list, date and radio button.
- Collect data through opt-in forms and surveys. Just copy and paste Lyris HQ code onto a Web page, and subscriber data will automatically populate your email list for the selected demographics.
- Create segments for any demographic. A simple point-and-click interface lets you get as specific as you want to be: for example, single mothers over 40 who last purchased in 2007.
- Classify subscribers based on their email activity. Combine sent, open, click-through and date-joined data with demographics: for example, single mothers over 40 who clicked the "buy now" link in the last two months.
- Group users based on their Web behavior. Integrated Web analytics show what happens to subscribers after they click through. Send exclusive offers to people who abandoned the shopping cart, spent a long time on a particular product page or completed the desired conversion action.
Tailor email messages to different subscriber groups
- Customize any section of your email message to display different content to different demographics. The top story of your email newsletter can be about wine for the wine lovers and about cheese for the cheese lovers. You can send a lipstick coupon to women and a lawnmower coupon to men.
