ListManager Upgrades
Upgrade policies for ListManager 5.0 and higher are based your support package.
- If you're covered by Essential Support, you receive a 50% credit for your existing license when upgrading to a higher license level or new major version. Upgrades to minor versions ("point" upgrades) are covered by your Essential Support package.
- If you have Comprehensive Support, you receive 100% credit for your existing license when upgrading to a higher license level. Upgrades to new major versions of the same level and configuration as your existing license are no cost, covered by your Comprehensive Support package.
- If you choose not to purchase a support package, you'll receive a 30% credit for your existing license when upgrading to a higher license level or a new ListManager version.
Please note that all upgrade credits described above are based on the actual price paid for the software license you are upgrading.
