Troubleshoot Blocked Domains with Lyris ListManager
Do you suspect that some of your email messages are being blocked? One troubleshooting technique is to look at the domain reports in ListManager:
Note: these instructions are for ListManager 7.8 and above.
- Navigate to Reports: Members.
- Click "Domain Reports".
- Select "Domains potentially blocking" to see which domains are failing more than 90% of the time.
- On the resulting page, click on a domain name to find out why you're having problems delivering to it. If you need help with understanding the rejection messages, contact our support team.
You can also use our blacklist tools to see if your domain name or IP address have been blacklisted. The tools are available in the Reports: Server Performance: Blacklist section of ListManager, as well as on our Web site.
