(OTCBB: LYRI.OB),  the online marketing expert, today announced that TRUSTe® has certified its website to display the TRUSTe Web Privacy Seal, demonstrating Lyris’ commitment to transparency, accountability and customer choice, the foundations of online privacy. Lyris joins an elite group of marketing leaders who are certified to display the TRUSTe Web Privacy Seal, highlighting the company’s dedication to digital privacy best practices.


TRUSTe awarded the Web Privacy Seal to Lyris following the successful completion of a rigorous TRUSTe certification process, which requires Lyris to submit to ongoing site monitoring and participate in TRUSTe’s consumer privacy dispute resolution program. The TRUSTe Web Privacy Seal also recognizes that Lyris’ online privacy policy has been professionally reviewed and approved by a third party and includes information practices consistent with the Federal Trade Commission’s Fair Information Practice Principles.

Customers prefer websites that demonstrate responsiveness to privacy concerns, set clear expectations for the processing of personal information and offer timely choices should those expectations change. The TRUSTe certification validates the work Lyris is doing to ensure that its website meets and exceeds these customer expectations while adhering to strict
privacy requirements.
