Well the cat (or 400lb Gorilla) is out of the bag - Facebook finally announced the roll out of their Web based email client: Project Titan - a.k.a. Facebook Messages. With over 500 million users and counting it’s hardly surprising that this announcement and rollout has occurred - after all, that’s more advertising they can sell!
The net-net on the Facebook initiatives is that the concept of a connected messaging strategy and user experience is closer than ever for marketers to adopt.
