Hola y Olá! Earlier this month I shared with you that Lyris made a formal entry into the French market, with the introduction of Lyris HQ in French to serve French-speaking customers in service, support and training in their local language. We are now pleased to announce that we are introducing Lyris HQ in both Spanish and Portuguese to support our Spanish and Portuguese speaking customers in Latin America. Lyris has been in the Latin American region for the past year and half and we understand the needs of this market. Latin America has seen tremendous growth in the number of active internet users throughout the region with Comscore Media reporting, “The Internet population in Latin America has increased by 15 percent to 112.7 million visitors.” Being able to support customers in the local language with product and services is important. As part of our growing presence in the region, Lyris LATAM has sponsored the eCommerce Day series of events throughout the summer and you can look for us at these events for the rest of the year: Buenos Aires, Argentina (September 28); Mexico City, Mexico (November 4); and Sao Paulo, Brazil (November 29-30) upcoming.
