Lyris recently had the opportunity to contribute our thoughts and expertise to a fascinating new whitepaper released this week at the Internet Retailer Conference & Exhibition 2010 (IRCE). " The Reinvention of E-mail Marketing and the Future of Connected Marketing," explores the challenges of disparate, channel-centric technology and the role of email as the hub of all social and mobile marketing activities.
The paper was written and researched by email marketing thought leader, David Daniels, CEO of the Relevancy Group, an organization dedicated to educating the market on the imperative tactics needed to foster trust with consumers and improve an organization's relevance within the broader online economy. The Relevancy Group's whitepaper is now available for download via the Lyris Web site:
IRCE is the world's largest e-retailing show, drawing attendees from key industries - retail, catalog, manufacturing and consumer service companies that specialize in e-retailing. We've been live-tweeting key insights from the whitepaper throughout the show, which ends on Friday. Those unable to attend IRCE can join the conversation with Lyris executives via Twitter and using the hashtag #IRCE.
