The executive team at Lyris combines a wealth of technology and marketing experience with a singular focus on connecting with customers and providing them value. Each officer is committed to ensuring that Lyris products and services lead the industry in usability, performance and stability, and that every aspect of Lyris' business is aligned with helping customers achieve marketing effectiveness that drives revenue and growth.

Roy Camblin is responsible for the company's global leadership and business execution, and for driving the company's market leadership. Camblin was most recently Chairman of the Lyris board of directors. His two decades of experience in executive management and technology leadership include serving as chief information officer at Oracle, vice president of global operations and technology at Citigroup, and senior vice president of engineering at Zebra Technologies. He holds a Master's of Science degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Florida State University. Prior to his successful business career, Camblin spent 12 years as an officer and flight instructor with the U.S. Air Force, where he garnered numerous honors, medals, and achievement awards. Camblin is also a visual artist and published author with a keen interest in the opportunities that arise at the intersection of creativity and business.

Deborah Eudaley is responsible for leading the financial success of Lyris and has oversight for all company operations not related to direct sales or engineering. Eudaley brings more than 25 years of experience in finance and general management to the company. She previously served as Chief Financial Officer for a number of technology companies, including Cloudmark, a private messaging security software company; GoldenGate Software (acquired by Oracle in 2009), where she also served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations; as well as Indivos (acquired by Solidus Networks), Alibris, and Placeware (now Microsoft). She also held a variety of senior financial management positions at Silicon Graphics (SGI), Oracle, and TRW. Eudaley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley and an M.B.A. from California State University, East Bay.

Alex Lustberg has responsibility for all marketing activities at Lyris, including marketing communications and demand generation, as well as product strategy and management. In his prior role as VP of Marketing at Lyris, Lustberg led the company's re-branding and re-positioning as a leader in digital marketing, and orchestrated the successful market launch of the company's innovative Lyris ONE solution. He has more than 15 years of strategic marketing experience with a specific focus on social media and cloud business applications. Previous to Lyris, Lustberg served as Senior Vice President of Product Marketing and Strategy at Overtone, a leading provider of customer listening and social media analytics solutions. Lustberg holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Organizational Studies from Stanford University.

Navdeep Singh has responsibility for all internal technology and operational infrastructure at Lyris, and also provides leadership and oversight for quality assurance. In his prior role as Vice President of IT and Operations at Lyris, Singh was instrumental in bringing about significant performance improvements to Lyris' enterprise cloud infrastructure, which is capable of processing massive amounts of customer information to optimize the delivery of relevant digital marketing messages. Previous to Lyris, Singh was Director of Cloud Operations at HP's Autonomy Division, where he managed one of the world's largest cloud implementations with 20 petabytes of data and more than 50 billion documents. He also brings deep SaaS operations expertise from his tenure at CaseCentral, a leader in secure, cloud-based eDiscovery software. Singh has an M.B.A. in Information Systems from Seattle University.

Alexander Kouznetsov is responsible for Lyris' technical vision and execution. He brings more than 25 years of enterprise and application software experience to the company, including 10 years of dedicated SaaS experience. Kouznetsov began his career at the Russian Academy of Sciences, where he earned a Ph.D. in Numerical Math, and went on to apply his broad technical expertise to building Web 2.0, data visualization, and mobile communications startups. He also held leading roles at large organizations including Intel. In prior roles at Lyris, Kouznetsov had responsibilities for current and new product development and management, and for prototyping product innovations. Along with his Ph.D., Kouznetsov holds a Bachelor's degree in Math and Computer Science from Novosibirsk State University in Russia.

Pamela Sogge leads the Customer Success division of Lyris, and has responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction through delivery of world-class professional services, support, and account management. Sogge is a high-tech executive with over 15 years' experience driving customer value through client services and marketing endeavors. She was a founding member of Scene7, provider of the leading SaaS rich media platform for e-commerce, and served as senior vice president of client relations until the sale of Scene7 to Adobe. At Adobe, Sogge was in charge of professional services for the SaaS Digital Imaging group and went on to lead consumer marketing for the Photoshop product line. Previously, Sogge was vice president and business unit manager at the Learning Company. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon.

Brennan Carlson (@brennancarlson) has responsibility for product planning, management, and strategy at Lyris. He provides cross-functional leadership for the delivery of the company's product vision, with a focus on roadmap planning, requirements definition, user experience and user/acceptance testing, and other strategic product initiatives. Carlson also provides expertise in working with prospects and customers, and serves as digital marketing thought leader for Lyris. Before coming to Lyris, Carlson held enterprise marketing, product management, and business development positions at several computer software and Internet technology companies, including Yahoo!, Akamai Technologies, and Trilogy Software. Carlson holds a Bachelor's degree from Stanford University.

Debra Durbin has responsibility for driving revenue for the Lyris Solutions portfolio in the North America region. Durbin is a seasoned sales leader with a strong record of accelerating enterprise sales growth at leading companies, including Oracle, Interleaf, and Vantive Corporation. She has led successful sales teams across a variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, banking, high technology, and education, and has served as a consultant helping a variety of start-up companies develop early adopter sales. Durbin holds a degree in Mass Communications from California State University, Santa Cruz.

Sam Ricard leads all sales operations and revenue activities for EMEA. Ricard joined Lyris at the beginning of 2010, bringing more than 10 years' sales experience to the company. He is an interactive marketing expert with a successful track record of developing partnerships and solutions that address a wide range of marketing challenges. Prior to Lyris, Ricard worked at Emailvision and Lyreco, where he was one of the top sales performers. Ricard's rapport with customers and colleagues makes him a trusted partner to all Lyris customers in the region.

Cindy Sherrett provides leadership and accountability for the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes at Lyris, where she oversees a cross-organizational effort to ensure continuous product improvements from initial requirements through deployment. Sherrett has held senior management roles in engineering, quality assurance, operations, support, product management and program management. Most recently, she was principal and founder of Sherrett Consulting, which provided a full suite of management services that included defining requirements and deploying large scale software projects. Prior to that, she held positions at start-ups and companies focused on turning around their businesses. Sherrett also has experience within large corporations such as IBM, where she started her career.

Marina Keating has responsibility for global professional services at Lyris, leading strategic, technical, deliverability, training, creative, and full services teams working with Lyris customers to ensure optimal success of their digital marketing programs. Keating's experience in building scalable services organizations and establishing systems and programs to maximize delivery efficiency, increase client satisfaction, and drive revenue growth was gained through positions held at companies including Visa, Safeway, and Bank of Ireland. She has an additional 10 years of experience leading client services and software delivery organizations at Dorado and Nuance Communications, successfully implementing enterprise-level SaaS solutions for Fortune 500 companies.

Jon Maddison has responsibility for marketing and marketing technology services provided to Lyris EMEA customers and delivered through the company's account management, strategic consulting, full service, and technical consulting teams. Maddison has more than 10 years of experience in senior digital and loyalty marketing roles, most recently leading a digital offers business for Barclaycard, EMEA's largest payments business. Previous to that, he spent four years as vice president and general manager of Epsilon's Northern European region, overseeing the digital and CRM programs of some of EMEA's largest retailers. Maddison holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Surrey and an M.B.A. with distinction from the University of Bath, U.K.

Helen Pass has responsibility for leading all global human resource functions. She brings more than 25 years of HR experience to Lyris, specializing in the technology arena and having served in leadership positions at both private and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining Lyris, Pass was head of human resources for GoldenGate Software (acquired by Oracle.) She started her career as an account executive with AT& T and transitioned to HR four years later. Pass holds a Bachelor's degree in English and a Master's degree in HR Management from California State University, Chico.

Dennis Barfield oversees the team responsible for global accounting operations, corporate accounting and reporting, and financial information systems. He brings more than 25 years of finance and accounting experience to Lyris, having served in senior positions for a number of Bay Area companies, most recently as chief financial officer/controller at Exigen Insurance Solutions, a software and SaaS company providing solutions to the insurance industry. Barfield started his career in public accounting in the Boston office of Ernst & Young. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
