  • View unsubscribes per mailing. Are particular mailings making lists shrink? ListManager shows you the number of opt-outs per mailing, as well as which mailing caused a particular recipient to unsubscribe.
  • Synchronize data automatically. Use Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) to synchronize recipient data with any other data source that can use ODBC. Synchronize on demand, according to a schedule, or just before sending a mailing.
  • Audit administrators. See who's doing what in the administrator interface. ListManager logs who viewed particular pages, at what time and even from which IP address.
  • Export mailing data. New API function lets administrators export mailing metrics to other applications.
