I don't have an iPhone, can I use Lyris HQ Mobile?
- Lyris HQ Mobile is currently only available for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad users (iOS 3.1 or higher).
- Testing the application for use on iOS5 is currently in progress.
- Other devices are not supported at this time.
How much does Lyris HQ Mobile cost?
- Lyris HQ Mobile is a free application, but you must be a Lyris HQ customer in order to login.
What additional costs are associated with Lyris HQ Mobile?
- Lyris HQ Mobile uses your data plan.
- Roaming charges apply.
Does Lyris HQ Mobile work if I don't sign up for Lyris HQ?
- You must be a Lyris HQ Power Edition customer to use Lyris HQ Mobile.

Can I use Lyris HQ Mobile with EmailLabs?
- Lyris HQ Mobile is an extension of Lyris HQ and does not support EmailLabs.
I use Lyris HQ and EmailLabs for managing my campaigns. Should I use Lyris HQ Mobile?
- All Lyris HQ-generated activity is visible in Lyris HQ Mobile
- However, if you launch into EmailLabs from Lyris HQ to create and launch messages, your EmailLabs activity will not be viewable in Lyris HQ Mobile.
Is Lyris HQ Mobile the right solution for our agency?
- Lyris HQ Mobile is not white labeled and may not be the best option for your agency at this time.
Does Lyris HQ Mobile do everything that Lyris HQ does?
- Lyris HQ Mobile is an extension of Lyris HQ and currently only support email marketing management and insight into recent email campaign performance.
How does Lyris HQ Mobile let me manage email marketing?
- Lyris HQ Mobile allows users to manage email deployment once a message has been created in Lyris HQ and is ready to send.
- You can schedule, reschedule and cancel scheduled messages. You can also stop messages that are already sending.
- You can also preview and proof messages at any time.
- You can view a variety of delivery statistics such as Sends, Opens, Clicks, Bounces, Unsubscribes, Conversions & Revenue for messages that have been sent in the past 30 days
Can I create messages with Lyris HQ Mobile?
- No. Message creation/editing is not available at this time.
Can I manage lists and segments using Lyris HQ Mobile?
- You can view list and segment information such as Contact Counts, Sender Name, Reply-to Address or Segment Name but not edit or change any information.
Can I manage contacts using Lyris HQ Mobile?
How do I download?
- You can download Lyris HQ Mobile directly from your device using the App Store app
- Or, you can visit the iTunes Store in iTunes, download the app, and sync it to your device
- Or, you can use a web browser and visit iTunes Preview and launch into iTunes by clicking the View In iTunes button.
